Homebuyers Centre was founded in 1991 and commenced operations from premises in Wembley, initially trading as First Choice Homes. In 1993 we relocated to our new offices in Delawney Street, Balcatta and subsequently changed our company name to Homebuyers Centre.

We are an Independent Proprietary Limited company, a Registered Builder, a member of the Housing Industry Association and the Master Builders Association.

Homebuyers Centre is managed by a team of the most experienced and talented people in the building industry and we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your new home.

Homebuyers Centre is also a Quality Assured company QEC 6726/02. Our quality systems ensure you receive the highest level of service from the moment you first start dealing with us until we hand you the keys to your new home, and many years beyond.

Most recently Homebuyers Centre has taken the initiative to become a more environmentally responsible organisation by undertaking a commitment to reducing emissions, turning 100% of our carbon emissions into trees. Furthermore our emissions from the fuel and electricity that we use for our operations will be offset with trees planted by Carbon Neutral. We believe this is an important step towards sustaining our environment for the future.
