Pre-Start Colour Consultant


We are offering an excellent opportunity to an enthusiastic and professional person with experience in Building Administration specifically Contract Administration for a residential volume builder. The Pre-start Consultant co-ordinates the job file from contract signing until site start and is the key contact for our Client during the pre-site period.

The main job role includes conducting the signing of the HIA Contract and assisting with the external and internal colour selections.

Successful applicants will possess the following attributes:

  • Exceptional customer service skills;
  • Flexible approach and attitude towards multi-tasking;
  • Well developed verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent time management;
  • Great attention to detail;
  • Strong PC skills, experienced in the Microsoft suite of products;
  • Outgoing and friendly personality; and
  • Willingness to be part of a team
