$20,000 First Home Buyers Bonus Terms & Conditions

1. The winner must be a bona fide first home buyer who is eligible to receive the Federal Government’s first home buyer grant ($7,000) plus any additional grants available at the time.
2. The winner will receive a credit of the amount of $20,000 off the contract price of their home with Homebuyers Centre Pty Ltd.
3. The winner will be drawn on the 30th of June 2010 and will be notified immediately.
4. The winner must enter into a House and Land package contract or purchase a Spec Home with Homebuyers Centre Pty Ltd within 30 days from being drawn.
5. The competition is open to WA residents only who wish to build in Perth, Western Australia under Homebuyers Centre Pty Ltd normal building conditions.
6. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer or discount offered by Homebuyers Centre Pty Ltd from time to time.
7. Homebuyers Centre Pty Ltd may use the winner’s name and details for promotional
purposes and future promotional purposes in the media without reference to the winner.
8. The decision of Homebuyers Centre Pty Ltd shall be final and shall not be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. Homebuyers Centre Pty Ltd reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions associated with this promotion, amend the rules or limit the number of entries by any one person, if considered necessary, without notice.
10. Completion of this entry form shall also provide Homebuyers Centre Pty Ltd consent to communicate with the entrant via telephone, email, mail or SMS regardless of any listing on a Do Not Call Register.
11. The completed entry and any information contained thereon shall remain the property of Homebuyers Centre Pty Ltd.
12. Employees, relatives and associates of Homebuyers Centre Pty Ltd and associated companies are not eligible to enter the competition.
13. Entry into this promotion is acceptance of the terms and conditions of the competition.
