Why rent – Low cost homes proving to be the better option
Todd Holmes and his fiancé recently took ownership of one of the Homebuyers Centre unique Flute designs which are proving to be a very popular product in the sea side district of Butler.

With my fiancé working away this home is the sort of low maintenance design that means I am not spending huge amounts of time mowing lawns or doing house work, both of which I don’t have time for with my very busy lifestyle. Although the houses are built on the neighbours boundary, due to the double brick construction of the homes, there is certainly no noise issues. The other great thing about this home is that it suited our budget perfectly, with our repayments not much more than rent, which means that we can still enjoy a reasonable lifestyle. We also have pets, so the fact we have no land lord to answer to, made buying a great option also. I loved the fact the house had already had the interior colour combinations chosen, as I would have not known where to start with this sort of thing.”
Todd also thought that the area of Butler is one that will potentially experience quite a bit of growth in the upcoming years, with quite a lot of development already happening as far as north as Alkimos and Yanchep. “The area has a nice family feel to it, with plenty of great parks, a good number of shops and an excellent pub, where I have made numerous appearances!’
