The four-bedroom, two-bathroom home has a familiar layout that has been tried and tested by the builder, updated with contemporary fittings and fixtures and improvements to the main suite, kitchen and bathroom configurations. “We know this design works well, the features that it includes are very cost-effective, and the market responds positively to its combination of affordability, functionality and design,” sales and marketing manager Jared Stone said. “The Momentum’s best features include the main living area, where the central kitchen, family room, dining area and games room all flow to the outdoor entertainment area at the back of the display.” The kitchen has an underbench oven, four-burner gas cooktop, compact range hood and overhead cabinets. A parallel island bench houses the double sink, with a breakfast bar on its outside edge. A low capped wall and pier separates the family room from the games room, at the back corner of the display, and the dining area, to one side of the kitchen – with a door providing access from the carport. For the display, optional outdoor entertainment areas have been included in the landscaped backyard but a version of the home can be built with an alfresco area under the main roof, in place of the games room. The three minor bedrooms, bathroom and laundry are in a separate wing to the right of the casual zone. The bathroom has a neat, two-door vanity unit with squareform benchtop, below the window and a corner shower. A combination linen and broom cupboard is in a recess just outside the bathroom, next to the toilet and with easy access from the laundry.
