The Escape home from Homebuyers may have been designed with a focus on affordable price but the home offers spacious open-plan living areas all with 31-course ceilings, a generous main bedroom, two family bedrooms and double garage.

The hub of the living area is the large and luxurious kitchen with post-form laminate benchtops and an island bench that is big enough to act as a breakfast bar and yet still house a twin stainless-steel sink.

All the drawers and cupboards in the island bench and the rest of the kitchen cabinets have soft-closing mechanisms.

The kitchen also has a large walk-in pantry and appliances include a stainless-steel hob with four gas burners and an under-counter electric oven with a stainless-steel rangehood to complete the package.

The family room is to the right of the kitchen and the dining room directly in front of it for convenient delivery of meals.

Sliding doors lead off the dining room to the spacious alfresco area.

A games room is opposite the kitchen so parents can keep an eye on the children’s activities.

The main suite is accessed off the entry hall and features a huge walk-in robe and an open-plan ensuite and separate toilet. The shower is big enough to have two shower sets.

The family bedroom wing is to the side of the home behind the garage protected from street noise. Bedrooms are either side of the family bathroom and the laundry, which also has a toilet and generous sized linen cupboard.

The Escape is a three-bedroom home yet will fit on a cottage block. It features a contemporary elevation with a rendered façade, featured gable and 25 degree pitched roof.

A large porch leads into the entry hall which has 31-course ceilings. A door from the double garage opens into this hall providing a private and secure access to the house.
