First-homebuyer specialist Homebuyers Centre is celebrating its 20th birthday this month. To coincide with the milestone it is giving buyers the chance to register their interest in the latest release in its award-winning Flutes range.
From mid-September, buyers will be able to register their interest in the nine affordable, complete-home packages located on the corner of Marmion and Benenden avenues in Butler.
Priced from $299,000, the six three-bedroom, two-bathroom homes and three two-bedroom, one-bathroom homes will be ready from mid-October.
The boutique development is close to the beach, freeway, public transport and major shopping centres. Each of the homes has open-plan kitchen, living and dinign areas, and comes complete with quality floor coverings, stainless-steel appliances and a paved courtyard.
Also included are raised ceilings, fully landscaped and reticulated front and back gardens and secure off-street double car parking with remote sectional door.
Homebuyers Centre’s sales and marketing manager Jared Stone said the Flutes range had all the modern features people expected in an urban, terrace-style design.
“These homes tackle the affordability issue that are facing a growing number of West Australians and we are expecting interest to be exceptionally high,” he said.
“The advantage of these properties is that buyers will get a finished, brand-new home in addition to brand-new appliances which, of course, come complete with new warranties.”
The homes were expected to appeal in particular to younger buyers from generations X and Y, investors and downsizers, Mr Stone said.
