For homebuyers seeking to build a new home with a minimum of fuss, builder Homebuyers Centre has recently released 26 complete home-and-land packages in Currambine.

A choice of three-bedroom, two-bathroom, and two-bedroom, two-bathroom designs is available, each featuring a spacious open-plan living area, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, main suite with a built-in robe and ensuite, alfresco area and a double garage with remote sectional door.

Homebuyers Centre sales and marketing manager Jared Stone said the homes were a turn-key package, coming fully finished with quality floor coverings and window treatments, air-conditioning to the main living areas, landscaped and reticulated gardens, fencng and paving to the driveway, path and alfresco area.

“We know that for first-homebuyers, just obtaining enough money for a deposit is very, very difficult, let alone having money to finish off a house, so this way everything is included in your loan and you’re not moving into an unfinished house, “he said.

With prices starting at $399,750, Mr Stone said the packages represented an opportunity to buy into a suburb where there was minimal available land.

“It’s an area not generally associated with first-homebuyers, so it’s a really good chance for first-homebuyers to get a brand-new house in an established area,” Mr Stone said.

The low-maintenance nature of the designs meant they appealed to downsizing buyers as well, he said.

These kinds of bigger developments were a speciality for Homebuyers Centre and enabled buyers to combine a degree of customisation with ample expert guidance., Mr Stone explained.

“It means that, firstly, the design that is getting put on these lots is definitely making the most of the lots and we also take a lot of care in the streetscape,” he said.

“The actual design is set and the elevation and colours of the elevation are set, but clients will still come in and put their personal touches to the house by choosing the internal colours and selections.”

Construction on individual homes will start once they have been sold and could be completed within 10-12 months.
