Many potential homebuyers think a beautifully designed home will exceed their budget and be beyond their reach. However, Homebuyers Centre sales and marketing manager Jared Stone says this shouldn’t be the case and hopes the company’s recently launched Primo Collection will help people achieve the dream of owning a well-appointed new home.

If the demand for the first batch of 12 homes – snapped up immediately after their official launch two weeks ago – was anything to go by, then it seems those hopes have already been realised.

“The majority went to first homebuyers,” Jared says. “There was a huge amount of interest shown by investors as well, but priority was given to owner-occupiers. Located in the heart of the Swan Valley in the community of Ellenbrook, each home in the Primo Collection offers 76sqm of internal living space.

“Developed over two years with Ellenbrook’s project manager, LWP Property Group, the Primo Collection is a series of innovative two-bedroom, one-bathroom homes,” Jared says.

“They are designed to directly address the growing issue of housing affordability across Perth’s metropolitan region.”

He says each Terrace-style property includes quality floor coverings, window treatments, external painting, lighting, reticulation, landscaping and airconditioning.

“Each of the homes is also on green title lots of about 150sqm, with the design aimed at maximising on space,” he says.

There is a patio at the front and a porch leading into the entry hallway. The master bedroom at the front includes a wall-length, built-in robe. Further down the hall there is the bathroom and then the second bedroom, also with a built-in robe. The back half of the home is occupied by the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, which then opens to a courtyard.

“The internal design provides a feeling of spaciousness, with raised ceilings and quality finishes,” Jared says.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, white-lined cupboards with brushed-chrome door handles and Caesar Stone benchctops, while 2m-high tiling can be found in the bathroom.

Past the courtyard is the lock-up garage with remote-controlled door. All the homes have contemporary styling and are finished with modern rendered tones. The location of the homes – just 21km from the CBD – also add to the value.

“There is also a large public open space ideal for recreation purposes close to the homes,” Jared says.

A primary school is scheduled to open just 200m away next year, according to Jared, and there will also be a community hall, along with a proposed childcare centre.

“These homes are ideal for the fort-time purchaser or people looking to downsize. They are beautifully designed with excellent finishes,” Jared says.

More Primo homes are expected to be released in the coming months.
