Centre pulls best designs into series

The New Homes Guide – The West Australian
Take eight of the Homebuyers Centre’s best-selling designs for the most common block sizes in Perth, a choice of three elevations and a list of special features as standard and you’ve got the builder’s latest offering –
the Ultimate Series
.
The series brought together some of Homebuyers Centre’s most popular designs in a single collection incorporating two designs apiece for the most commonly found block frontages of 10m, 12m, 15m and 17m, said Jared Stone, the sales and marketing manager.
“These are eight homes that will suit 90 per cent of the block in the entry-level market,” he said.
The series also featured enhanced levels of specification, further reducing the need to make changes to the standard design.
“We’ve gone through past deals, listened to feedback from our clients and worked out what they will add to a home,” he said.
Features commonly seen as added extras in the project-home market – quality floorings, window treatments, paving to the driveway, verandah and alfresco area, double garages with remote sectional doors, and flyscreens – have all been included as standard with the Ultimate Series.
Buyers also have a choice of three elevations, with modern colonial, contemporary and urban options providing plenty of choice.
Prices start from $130,880.
Although the series was launched only a couple of months ago, Mr Stone said that it was already proving popular with homebuyers and accounted for between 70 and 80 per cent of the builder’s sales.
